At Human Development we have more than 20 years experience in coaching. The person in focus is committed to a dialogue around a defined problem and a goal. The coach’s main task is to explore the client’s ideas about how to succeed. Coaching is a focused aware dialogue and a work-motivator when it comes to developing the person’s professional and personal potential in its own merits.
At Human Development we practice coaching as an individual coaching session/series. Coaching is a good option for individuals who want to strengthen personal leadership, develop professionally as manager, employee or self-employed. Coaching can raise awareness of untapped resources and potential. At Human Development it is the coach’s job to create awareness, focus, and responsibility for the employee.
New challenges in society, at work and at play require new ways to learn and develop. In recent years it has been shown that coaching is a very suitable method for creating awareness, skills development and learning, and used increasingly in many industries, organizations and educational institutions, therefore offer Human Development coaching series.
Human Development’s coaching takes a 360 degree holistic approach, where body, mind and soul are considered as an integrated whole. The holistic personal development coaching-series provides tools to integrate the three intelligences through the body/physical Intelligence BQ : Intellectual Intelligence IQ, Emotional Intelligence EQ, Superordinate Intelligence SQ. This process develops our brain and is typically 9 sessions of 2 hours, extending over approximately 4-5 months. The Coaching series is structured into three phases:
Phase 1: Uncover & Clarify
Acknowledgement of situation/problem and relation to this.
Overview of abilities, competence, values, goals, challenges and development opportunities. Clarification of behavioral patterns, emotional and thinking-related patterns and habits – appropriate and in-appropriate.
Phase 2: Strategy and Tools
Coaching series gives greater self-awareness, personal clarity, and boosts motivation. A targeted personal plan of action is linked to the practice of coaching tools. These exercises combine cognitive psychology with body consciousness exercises and practical tasks to be solved between coaching sessions. Typically coaching involves acquirement of proactive and positive communication patterns coupled with new behavior such as setting new boundaries.
Phase 3: Implementation & Integration
New behaviour and communication patterns are implemented and integrated in a self-regulating, self-reflective process. Coaching is continued to support you in the process by follow-up sessions.
